RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We generally don’t accept cancellation of orders for a change of mind, but if you contact us before your order has been processed, there is a chance it can be cancelled. Otherwise, once you receive your order you can choose to return it, if it meets the 'Returns' requirements below.
If you've had a change of mind or circumstance, we'll refund your order as long as it is: (1) within one month of the purchase date; (2) able to be returned in its original, unopened state. You will be required to cover the postage costs for the return.
In the case that you have received an incorrect order, the return fee and postage of correct item will be covered by us.
In the event you have received a defective or damaged item, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving the item to inform us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
