Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed, unless the order has already shipped. Refunds will be processed according to the exchange rate on the day of purchase, not the rate on the day of refund. All cancellations will incur a 10% handling fee.
Returns
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us with the details and photos.
If you would like to return a product due to a change of mind or circumstance, we are able to refund your order as long as it is: (1) within one month of the purchase date; (2) able to be returned in its original, unopened, unused state. Please note that, in this case, customers will be required to cover the postage costs for the return. Returns are also subject to a 10% handling fee.
Incorrect item
In the case that something with your order is amiss, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify any errors.
Damaged goods
In the event you have received a defective or damaged item, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving the item to inform us.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
