Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed, unless the order has already shipped. Refunds will be processed according to exchange rate on the the day of purchase, not the rate at the day of refund. All cancellations will incur a 10% handling fee.
Returns
If you believe your product to be faulty, please contact us with the details and photos.
If you would like to return a product due to a change of mind or circumstance, we are able refund your order as long as it is: (1) within one month of the purchase date; (2) able to be returned in its original, unopened, unused state. Please note, in this case customers will be required to cover the postage costs for the return.
Incorrect item
In the case that something with your order is amiss, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify any errors.
Damaged goods
In the event you have received a defective or damaged item, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving the item to inform us.
Sale items
Sale items are not able to be refunded.
