You can choose to display prices in multiple currencies on our website. The final payment is processed in USD. The effective exchange rate is determined by your credit card company and will be shown on your statement.
Payments can be made by PayPal and major credit cards. Your order will be dispatched after we receive the payment confirmation.
We do not accept order cancellations, but if you wish to return an order, this may be done within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in as-new condition.
ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

The order confirmation email includes your order number, the details of the product/s, product prices, shipping charges (if applicable), and the shipping method.

Customers with multiple orders are entitled to collective shipping if multiple purchases made in one single order.
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of your order being received, unless you are otherwise notified.
Stock & Inventory
There may be instances where our listings are sold-out, or production is ended before the information on the website is updated. If so, all orders placed after will automatically be cancelled and purchases fully refunded.
Change of address
Please accurately provide your address and remember to spell out the destination city. Abbreviations, misspellings, and typos can result in delayed delivery.
If you make a mistake with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us by email (email@example.com), phone (+81-467-22-8281) so we can amend this before the item ships. If the item has shipped, then you will be required to reorder the item with the correct address.
