I had a terrible purchase experience with Fude Beauty. My order was placed in June and arrived almost 2 months later.
1) They didn't state on the product page that this brush was for pre-order, and they didn't notify me about the wait until I emailed them. If they couldn't fulfill the order, they shouldn't have tricked people into buying the product.
2) My order exceeded $300 and was qualified of an expedited shipping - DHL/FEDEX, but they shipped my items via EMS, which took 4 weeks to be delivered to the US. The only reason why I would place an order over $300 was because I knew that they do not offer fast shipping for orders under $300. After weeks of negotiation, they agreed to refund me for the items (not including this back-ordered brush) shipped via EMS, but instead of issuing a full refund for the returned items, which they confirmed via email, they replaced $20 cash refund with reward points - a $20 coupon without any communication.
3) I did apply a $30 coupon for my original order. I earned the coupon through my past purchase and a referral reward, but I don't think that could justify them not issuing a full refund for the items they shipped by mistake.
The quality of the service Fude Beauty provides is abnormal to the Japanese standard. I am disappointed, and I will never purchase from them again. A lot of you may not have had a similar experience, but once there's an issue with your order, you will understand how much frustration I've experienced with them. Good luck!
As for the brush itself, the handle was not handcrafted. The printing looks really cheap, and there're obvious crevices. I do not recommend this brush for this price point.
